  • What does Lifetime plan (one-time payment) mean?

    With our Lifetime plans, you pay once and can then use Mikogo for an unlimited period of time. There are no recurring monthly or annual fees which you have to pay. With a Lifetime plan you are entitled to free updates within the same main version (e.g. 5.1 – 5.2). Upgrades to a new main version (e.g. 4.0 to 5.0) are optional and available at a special upgrade price.

  • What is the difference between users and session channels?

    “Users” refers to the number of different people that can install and use the Mikogo software to start sessions. “Session Channels” refers to the maximum number of different sessions that can be run at the same time.

  • What is the difference between the Professional Plan and Team Plan?

    A Professional Plan is registered to one single user. With the Professional Plan you can install Mikogo on up to 3 computers.
    A Team plan is a shared account with a common username that allows an unlimited number of users within your team to use Mikogo. With the Team Plan you can install Mikogo on an unlimited number of computers.

  • How can I upgrade from one plan to the next?

    It’s possible to upgrade your current plan to a new plan (ex: Basic to Professional, Team to Enterprise) or from Annual to Lifetime by contacting our sales team.

  • Can I have more than 3 session channels?

    Yes, with our Enterprise plan, you can add any number of additional session channels to your account. Please contact our sales team team for more details.

  • Can I have more than 25 participants?

    Yes, we also offer a 50 participant Professional, Team, and Enterprise plan. For more details, please contact our sales team.
