Today we’re happy to announce Premium Support which has been enabled for all of our customers.

This valuable new feature allows Mikogo customers to send support tickets with the highest priority directly to our tech support team. The support form is kept as simple as possible and gives you the chance to enter a subject, assign the ticket to the correct department, and provide a description of your request.

Over the last several days the papers, TV news programs and online media have been riddled with stories regarding the swine flu. Many people, in the hundreds, have been admitted to hospitals around the world reporting symptoms of the deadly virus. Recently we noticed a slight hurdle when using the Mikogo Skype Extra with Skype 4 Beta. Some people have received a message, “This plugin is not allowed”, when using Skype 4. Unfortunately there appears to be an issue when downloading the Mikogo Extra directly to the Skype 4 Beta Extras Manager.
If you have experienced the above message preventing the Mikogo Skype Extra, you will be happy to know that there is a solution. (more…)
