Mikogo is pleased to announce that we recently received the highly regarded ISO 9001:2008 certification in recognition of our commendable quality management practices. Mikogo has been given the certification in accordance with the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a standard-setting body made up of representatives from national standards organizations around the globe. The ISO “gives state of the art specifications for products, services and good practice, helping to make industry more efficient and effective.”
Mikogo was audited by TÜV SÜD, an independent third party certification body, which also awarded us our first ISO 9001:2008 Certification back in 2010. TÜV SÜD conducted an extensive audit of our quality management system, investigating our ability to determine customer requirements, make decisions based on recorded data, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and much more.
Finishing 2012 with a Bang!
Here at Mikogo we are exceedingly proud of our product and our focus on client-satisfaction, and are very pleased that the ISO has recognized us for this. 2012 has been a very busy and productive year for Mikogo, most recently with the launch of the VOIP feature in Version 4.7 and our addition to the first-ever Windows Store. This certification also comes on the back of a stellar review of Mikogo by the Online Meeting Tools Review, which placed our product second overall in the web conferencing and webinar solutions market.
Going forward we will continue to focus on delivering the best possible product to our loyal customers and meeting the highest of standards to ensure that institutions such as the ISO will carry on recognizing our efforts into the future.
