If you’ve ever wondered how you can get better acquainted with the Mikogo software, our Tuesday Webinar series might just be what you’ve been searching for. In order for you to get the most out of Mikogo, we want to offer everyone the chance to participate in a 30 minute tutorial that will help you become more familiar with our solution.
Weekly webinars are scheduled to take place every Tuesday at 10:00am EST; 3:00pm (British Summer Time); and 4:00pm (Central European Time). The informational sessions will last for 30 minutes, during which time, users can learn how to specifically use the software and how to apply it to their own business interactions. There will also be time for a Q&A segment.
What will I learn?
During the session, our webinar leader – this Tuesday it will be Devan Gaffney – will go over the different use cases for Mikogo, how to get started with Mikogo, and how you can use the different Mikogo features including the Mikogo HTML Viewer, website integration, presenter and remote control modes, multi-user whiteboard, and much more. A demonstration with the session scheduler and the profile manager will also help you to plan and streamline your business interactions.
How Can I Join?
To access the session, all you need to do is visit the Mikogo webinar page and dial one of the access numbers provided. From there, users should enter the 9 digit session ID that has been provided on the webinar page. This will then connect you into the audio conference part of the webinar so you can hear and later speak to the Mikogo webinar presenter.
Secondly, users will click “join webinar” where they will be connected to the desktop sharing and web presentation part of the webinar.
If you’re a spontaneous person, don’t worry about having to register beforehand. Just set a reminder for the webinar and join the party. Each session can hold up to 25 people at a time, so first come first serve.
By the end of the session, you should be very well versed in how to use the Mikogo software to your own specific needs. Once you become an expert, don’t hesitate to share the love and let your colleagues or friends know about this opportunity.
