Spanish flagIt was expected that over 700 million people worldwide would tune in for last night’s World Cup Final, to see two teams fight for a title that neither had ever won before. As European champions in 2008, Spain went in as favorites, which was reflected in our Facebook competition – 50 people in the Mikogo competition said Spain would win, while less than 20 said the Netherlands would walk away with the trophy. While approximately 300 people entered the competition, Spain’s victory means that there are now 50 people remaining who could win the iPad™. And the winner is…. (more…)

Mikogo's 3rd BirthdayNext Tuesday, the 13th July 2010, is Mikogo’s 3rd birthday and we’re inviting you to celebrate with us. Three years ago, Mikogo was released as a free screen sharing tool, with the initial expectation being that it would serve the needs of private users, students, and perhaps the occasional small business user. Well, 3 years later with over 400,000 registered users it is safe to say that Mikogo has developed into a lot more than that.

This guy might need some remote supportI think it is safe to say that PC woes are often complicated by the lack of user experience and know-how. Am I right? Don’t get me wrong – I include myself as one of those who lacks knowledge (I am far from understanding all those processes running in my computer as I type this blog post now).
