Mikogo 2.0: How to Record Meetings
Today I would like to give you a quick tour through our new meeting recording and playback feature.
To start recording your meeting just click on the “M” icon, move your mouse to “Recording” and click “Start”.

New Mikogo Version Available Tomorrow!
There have been rumors, there have been blog posts about it, there has been beta testing – and now the much talked about Mikogo v2.0 is to be officially launched tomorrow, Friday 31st October.

How to Upgrade to the New Version
As of tomorrow, Mikogo v2.0 will replace the current version of the software. This means that your future Mikogo meetings will now take place using Version2.0 in conjunction with your current user account.
Mikogo to Receive a Quick Upgrade
The release of the new version tomorrow will involve an upgrade of the Mikogo server in order to release the new version and make it available for all users.
Consequently the Mikogo service will unfortunately be unavailable while we prepare the new version. We expect to perform the upgrade within less than an hour, starting tomorrow Friday 31st October at 7:00am GMT London Time.
Mikogo Skype Extra on Skype 4 Beta
Recently we noticed a slight hurdle when using the Mikogo Skype Extra with Skype 4 Beta. Some people have received a message, “This plugin is not allowed”, when using Skype 4. Unfortunately there appears to be an issue when downloading the Mikogo Extra directly to the Skype 4 Beta Extras Manager.
If you have experienced the above message preventing the Mikogo Skype Extra, you will be happy to know that there is a solution.
