We’ve always had an FAQ page and a support center on the Mikogo website. We’ve also always provided PDF user guides which walk you through the software features and how to get started.
However to facilitate the process of finding the answer to your support question, we’ve combined the user guide content with the FAQs to provide dozens of new questions and answers on our FAQ page along with a search bar.
The main benefit of this is the search function. Instead of browsing through the PDFs, you’ll find it much easier to use the search bar which is built into the Mikogo FAQ page.
For example, say you want to use the Scheduler for the first time and are looking for a short guide on getting started. Just search for “scheduler” and the first displayed result you’ll see is “How do I schedule a Mikogo meeting”. This includes screenshots along with steps on scheduling a meeting.
The search function will facilitate the process of finding answers to your support questions.
You’ll also notice that at the bottom of each question/answer there is an option to vote for an answer. Your votes will help make the popular FAQs stand out above the rest for other users to easily find.
You’ll still find the Mikogo user guide PDFs on our website which you are welcome to download and email to colleagues and clients who need an overview of the Mikogo software.
