Delivering the perfect sales pitch isn’t as easy as it sounds, and the difficulty of the task can increase when executed over the phone. Our article starts by looking at Greg Schlosser’s company, InnSend, a startup that provides specialized instant messaging systems to the hospitality industry — the global hospitality industry. However the company’s product is too global for local visits.

We also talk to Robert Hardy, whose London-based m2m Technology Ltd. does consultancy and software development for a broad range of businesses. He tells us that m2m Technology uses Mikogo across the board and in several aspects of the organization’s processes — for initial sales presentations, to demonstrating features during the development process, as well as even troubleshooting and customer support.
