Being a small business owner myself with global teams, I do use paid tools and free stuff like Skype. But this freetool ( upto 10 users) is a value addition and it works perfectly fine. Recently, our team of doctoral students were trying to do online conferencing but we could not record the event discussions using skype without third party add-ons. Now, not only will I be recommending this for our team, I will be sharing this with my small business colleagues. Mikogo is really an exciting free tool.
