It is a great tool for remote support.

We use the direct link to windows app. http://www.osdata.dk/fjernsupport.html

Only little problem is that the client app is not getting focus on load/run and the client then have to toggle the id field before entering the session id.

You most likely read that here: http://www.mikogo.com/product/why-its-free/ If you’re interested in a BeamYourScreen account, you can visit http://www.beamyourscreen.com for a free trial. You’ll find the interface and ease-of-use of the software very similar to Mikogo.

Please tell me IF I can have more than 10 participants and HOW…..somewhere on your site, I saw you could have up to 25 but can’t find that particular place on your site anymore…..NOW, all I see is 10 participants…..I need something up to 25 participants. Please help!

In the coming weeks, I’ll make up some new buttons that have “Support” or “Remote Support” written on them, as suggested by another user above. These may appeal for your use case.

What a great application. I am now able to provide remote support to clients around the world. It’s a small operation here (so far), so this budget friendly application is perfect! Normally I would be exchanging emails back and forth to clients needing help with their products. Now there’s an option – - Mikogo saves time and clients are amazed at the type of support I am now able to provide them. THANKS MIKOGO!!!

What appears to be the problem when you try to start Mikogo? Have you tried joining the connection test, by entering 000-000-000 as the session ID?

i need help getting Mikogo to work. I have tried several times. There is not a customer contact phone number to speak to anyone. I am very frustrated, would love to try the product in my business. Got any suggestions.

It would be nice to have Windows and Mac buttons that have Remote Support or just Support would probably be fine since we know it will be remote anyway.

Thanks for the great work on this tool and I use it pretty frequently to help people fix their computer woes and it comes in very hand and works well.

I am so impressed with Mikogo. It is the easiest webinar system to use that I have found so far. I have already trained 22 people HOW to use it and will continue to show your program to new people.

I always remind them that you are financing thru donations and if they see a benefit, they need to send you some cash.

Let me know if you ever need a salesperson….to further Mikogos reach around the world.

Great to hear that you like the buttons. It is in fact very easy to add a button. Just need to access the editor in HTML view of one of your webpages, and insert the code. When you have done this, please feel free to let us know by sharing a link in a comment below to where you placed the button.
