Well, I went on my own recently and developed software and now have to be the tech support, programmer, trainer and all for a good number of clients. One challenge recently was that I couldn't figure out why one client had problems while another did not concerning data connections. Hello to Mikogo, I started a session and got on their PC and found out they didn't have their server set right for remote connections. Hello...You saved me tons of programming time and I didn't have to beat my head against the wall, or fly an emergency trip for $1200! THANK YOU!
